John Dunn, Broker/owner

John Dunn, CCIM, RPA, is the owner and broker of Dunn and Company, LLC. He has owned, leased, managed and sold commercial and residential property since 1982. For almost ten years John specialized in the management of over 350,000 square feet of medical office space and many homes on Denver's Centura Porter Care Hospital Campus. He formed Dunn and Company, LLC in 1999.

John graduated from West Virginia State College with a degree in real estate. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and holds the "Real Property Administrator" (RPA) designation from the Building Owners Managers Institute and the “Certified Commercial Institute Member” (CCIM). John is a member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR) and the Denver Board of Realtors. He also is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).

Leslie Steggs has been with Dunn & Company, LLC for four years and is currently serving as the Assistant Property Manager, overseeing approximately 250 single family homes, duplexes and apartment units. Leslie holds her Colorado Real Estate Brokerage License. Leslie currently has ownership interest in several residential investment properties and hopes to grow her portfolio in the upcoming years. She grew up in Nebraska and moved to Colorado in 1982. Leslie is happily married with three children and a son-in-law. In her spare time, Leslie enjoys camping, gardening and candy.

Stephanie Carrera, Property Manager

Stephanie Carrera is a property manager with Dunn and Company.  She has been in Property Management 2000. Stephanie became a Licensed Realtor in 2003, she has been an active member of the South Metro Board of Realtors and also a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) since that time. Stephanie has a passion for working as a Property Manager. When Stephanie is not working you will find her enjoying spending quality time with her husband and 2 year old son.

Jennifer Steinert, Leasing Agent

Jennifer Steinert has been actively involved in the real estate industry for over 9 years, which includes leasing, property management, and on-site sales. Jennifer started her career in leasing in 1999, which led to property management in late 1999-2008 of almost 200 multifamily units in Denver. Jennifer graduated from Metropolitan State College of Denver with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Development. Prior to joining Dunn and Company, Jennifer worked for one of the top ten developers in Denver doing on-site sales and coordinating warranty work for new home buyers. With Jennifer’s diverse experience in property management, leasing, development, and sales, she offers a unique perspective to her clients.

Peter Musser, Broker

Peter Musser is a broker with Dunn and Company. Pete works with a lot of investors and first time home buyers. He is originally from Minnesota but got to Colorado as soon as he could. Pete graduated from Colorado Christian University and in 2006 returned from two years in Panama where he had the privilege of serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer with his wife Allison. Pete has experience as a property manager, real estate broker and investor. He is passionate about Real Estate and looks forward to helping you meet your personal Real Estate needs and goals.
